Excellence Finland

Excellence Finland is a common name for the Finnish Quality Association, a membership organisation, and Laatukeskus Excellence Finland Ltd., a company that organises training. The heart of Excellence Finland is the Finnish Quality Association, which has been advocating for quality and development within organisations since 1966. Laatukeskus Excellence Finland Ltd is owned by the Finnish Quality Association.

Organisation

Policy guidelines for the Finnish Quality Association are formulated by the Advisory Board, which comprises senior managers from our key corporate members. The operations of the association and of the company owned by it are managed by a Board of Directors consisting of eight members.

International Co-operation

We network internationally, not only through our members and partners but also with organisations around the world that are dedicated to promoting quality.

Developing activities requires continuous work

We organise our well-known coaching for Quality and Development Managers as well as coaching in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. We also organise several short trainings each year. All training can be tailored according to the company’s needs as well as implemented in English or Swedish.
