With over 20 years of experience at EFQM, I have been deeply involved in assessment and recognition management, as well as in the development, marketing, and communication of products. My role has been pivotal in developing and delivering training sessions focused on organizational development, as well as coordinating sharing opportunities within the EFQM network. I have also played a significant role in the development of the EFQM Model, leveraging my extensive experience to contribute to its evolution and effectiveness in fostering excellence in organizations globally. This blend of responsibilities underscores my commitment to promoting excellence and innovation through comprehensive understanding and application of the EFQM Model.
